I don't open up easily, but the doc managed to make me feel comfortable enough to share my deepest thoughts and fears. A gentle but at the same time direct approach in identifying my problems and in helping me figure out possible solutions and paths to follow in the future. These sessions were exactly what I needed to gain the confidence that I can assume new roles and start a new and exciting chapter in my life. I also had a pre-birth hypnotic session that eliminated most of my fears about my natural birth, also it eased the birth process.
